Community Sailing of Colorado is excited to present our 13th Annual Spirit of Sailing Gala Fundraiser being held on April 28, 2012 at The Denver Athletic Club in downtown Denver. We will be honoring the Chris & Sarah Riopelle with the “Spirit of Sailing” Award for their outstanding commitment to sailing in Colorado.  We welcome back local auctioneer, Leroy Nitsch, to help us auction live items during the event.

The Annual Spirit of Sailing Gala is our biggest fundraiser of the year. In 2011, the Gala raised a record breaking amount over $62,000 to support Community Sailing of Colorado and its programs.  The menu featured delicious hor d’oeuvres and entrees from Catering by Design and The Blacklight Project gave us a great live entertainment to dance the night away.  The entire evening was a wonderful celebration to support junior sailing in Colorado.
