Community Sailing ProgramsOur program focuses on providing children a safe, supervised atmosphere where they are given the tools to express themselves
with originality and enthusiasm, accept who they are, take healthy risks, and strive to be responsible and self sufficient  community members. Our program focuses on learning sailing, leadership, adventure, responsibility, communication, and self sufficiency.

2010/2009 PROGRAM STATISTICS

During the summer of 2010 over 175 children participated in CSC programs by being enrolled in specific classes.  Additional information regarding the 2009 season are as follows:

  • 149 enrolled kids at Cherry Creek
  • 72 enrolled kids at Standley Lake
  • 45 enrolled kids at Bow Mar Lake
  • 160 Special Needs Kids in May one day program
  • 52 Special Needs Kids in September one day program
  • 65 kids and adults attended a one day Get Acquainted with Sailing program in May
  • 1 youngster attended a Scout Day in August
